Ordered from Sisters & Seekers the tracking was a right pain. It just sat there not updating for days, so I had no clue where my parcel had disappeared to. I emailed them to ask what was going on, but the reply took ages and was useless when it finally came through. Felt like I was doing all the chasing, which is just annoying as hell. The order did turn up in the end, thankfully, but the whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be. I might shop there again, but only if they sort out their crappy tracking and actually keep people updated...

I ordered a top and was a little unsure if it would look different in person, but it turned out to be just like the pictures on the site. The colour matched really well and the fit was pretty much what I expected from the photos. The packaging seems better and there’s a bit more info about materials, unless I’m just paying more attention than I used to. It’s definitely not perfect, and I’d still like to see more detail, but it does feel like they’re moving in the right direction. The clothes I’ve bought have held up well so far too, so I can’t really complain.

I ordered a hoodie and a few basics, and they were better than I expected for the price. The material feels nice, the fit is solid, and everything has washed fine so far. It’s not the cheapest stuff out there, but for the quality I think it’s worth it. I’d probably buy again, though I’m always a little wary with customer service, so I’m just hoping I don’t have to deal with them if anything goes wrong.

For once I got exactly what I picked, the right sizes, the right colours, and nothing missing. You’d think that would be the bare minimum, but apparently it’s not always guaranteed these days, so yeah, I’m happy with it.
